In order for us to plan adequately, this form must be filled out in its entirety and sent to the Mistress of Events by clicking SUBMIT or printing the form and sending it to us at the contact information below. PLEASE SEND YOUR REQUEST AS FAR IN ADVANCE AS POSSIBLE. All requests are brought up to the general membership monthly and the entire membership votes as a team to attend events. Please note that we receive many event requests and since we are a volunteer organization, we cannot guarantee we can attend. However, we make every attempt to do so. The Mistress of Events will contact you directly via telephone or email to discuss the details of your event and let you know when it will be presented to the membership.

If YES, please specify who will benefit from the fundraiser, and your fundraising goal. If NO, please tell us what kind of event you are having.

Please be VERY detailed so the Sisters are well prepapred to talk about your event with your guests.



If your event requires prizes, your organization is responsible for enough prizes
to fulfill what you want done, unless that portion of the event is benefiting the Sisters directly.

Yes, yes, silly question. Who wouldn't want such gorgeous creatures in their advertising?

If Yes, please specify the type of advertising to be done, and specific needs from the Sisters.  We have many photos that can be used, and at times can provide specific photos. As much advance notice as possible is needed if you have specific photo or graphics needs.







Please be advised that you cannot use the Sisters likenesses, names, or graphics in
advertising or promotion of any type without our signed written consent.
Remember, if you would like us in your advertising please submit this form at least
