| The Board of Directors has
the obligation to fulfill
fiduciary responsibility, guard against risk, determine
program priorities and is ultimately responsible
for all corporate decisions.
The Board exists to serve and support the General Membership
by ensuring that the
Corporation continues to grow and thrive. The Board is responsible for
ensuring
that the Officers of the Corporation fulfill their duties and
obligations to
the Corporation. Board Officers are synonomous with the Corporate Officers. Four additional Board Members are nominated by the Board Officers and ratified by the General Membership. Two of these members shall be from the membership of the Grand Canyon Sisters. Two members shall come from the community which is served by the Grand Canyon Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. These four shall be designated At-Large Members. |
