GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS
GCSPI General Meetings shall be held on the third Thursday of every month. Unless otherwise stated, General Meetings are held at 8:00 P.M. All meetings are open to the public. Should a non-member or non-voting member wish to present to or address the membership, it is asked that s/he contact the Vice President at least one (1) week prior to the meeting to make such arrangements.
OFFICER'S MEETINGS
GCSPI Officer’s Meetings shall be held the fourth Wednesday of even-numbered months. Unless otherwise stated, Officer’s Meetings shall be held at 7:30 P.M. All meetings are open to the public. Should a non-officer or other person wish to present to or address the officers, it is asked that s/he contact the Vice President at least one (1) week prior to the meeting to make such arrangements. From time to time,and Officer's Meeting shall go into Executive Session, which shall be closed to all but the Officers.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS
GCSPI General Meetings shall be held on the fourth Wednesday of odd-numbered months. Unless otherwise noted, meetings begin at 7:30pm. All meetings are open to the public unless otherwise noted. Should a non-member or non-voting member wish to present to or address the Board, it is asked that s/he contact the Vice Chair at least one (1) week prior to the meeting to make such arrangements.
